Problem

Business Refunds approached me with a clear goal: modernise their existing website. They wanted to maintain their brand’s look while making the site more appealing and user-friendly. The challenge was to give their website a fresh feel without losing the essence of their identity. The original website, though functional, needed an upgrade to match today’s digital standards.

Solution

I aimed to combine their existing brand with a fresh look. This meant modernising the website while keeping its familiar colours. I focused on user-friendliness too. By adding buttons that encourage visitors to take action and putting simple contact forms in place, I ensured that navigating the site was a easy.

How the website was before and how it is now, you can really see a big change. It used to look old and not very interesting, but now it’s got a fresh and modern design that’s all about making things easier for the people using it. It’s a lot more eye-catching and user-friendly than before.

Given the original website’s extensive content that made pages feel overly long, I introduced a practical fix. By utilising tabs, I streamlined the information into manageable sections. This not only tidied up the website’s layout but also enabled users to find what they needed without endless scrolling. This approach made the user experience more efficient and time-saving, presenting only the relevant content.
